A Shining Star came down to me
Brought me happiness and joy
opened new doors for me
Taught me things i didn't know
liked me for who i was
Never wanting to get away from it
opened my eyes to a new world, ive never seen
A starry light taking me in the right path
New beginnings for the both of us

Didn't want to let go of this beautiful Shining star
never regretting the special moments we've had
From new places we've never been to
New feelings we've never felt, ooh
every minute, Im wishing on this
Shining Star that i never lose it
Never wanting to say goodbye
just want to say goodnite
