Shot Down



Seeing your eyes pierces my heart
Your rejection was so strong it ripped me apart
I can’t understand why I liked you so much
Only in dream will our lips ever touch
Away I wish these feelings would fly
So that never again will I have to cry
I gave you the love in my heart I lack
I hate you so much for not giving it back.
