I ignored my fears when I should have listened
I cried for you when I knew you wouldn't cry for me
I was hurt for you when I knew you wouldn't hurt for me
I waited for you when I knew you wouldn't return
I kept myself because I thought you would do the same
I came to you when I should have been elsewhere
I loved you when I knew I shouldn't
