Should Have Married Me! Poem by Ramona Thompson

Should Have Married Me!

I think we both know
I know we both understand
You had no right to steal away my man
The only man I've ever really loved
The only man I've ever really wanted that way
Swept off his feet by a slut like you
That's just one thing I refuse to believe
When I read the news tonight

Mine and mine alone
He was my everything
So when you came along
I told him ok
One last fling
Never expected that he would offer you a wedding ring
My ring
Would have been treasure on my hand
On yours, honey, we both know it's true
That bling ain't nothing but wasted cash

White trash whore
Gold digger
Moral sinner
Tell me
How did you do it?
How did you trap my man?
Lie, cheat, steal, blackmail?
Just what and how much did you do?
To lure him into your black widow's bed
Where only a couple million men have slept before

Mad as Hell and I'm gonna let you know it
Show it
Flaunt that pretty face and butt before him
All that you want
Just know that those Hollywood looks ain't gonna last forever
And so when they fade
Fade on away
I'll be there to say
I told you so, ho
I told you that one day he would be mine again
