Shut Down
Shut down.
That is what my mind is saying.
Block it out.
That is what my senses scream.
Find an image, happy, bright and shinning.
Don't let what's outside break your fragile seams.
Make a wall,
hide from this crash of feelings.
Hold on tight,
don't lose your slipping grip.
I can't fight,
it hurts, my chest is burning,
I give up,
I have to let it in...
