Shy-Nin-Star >>>

Rating: 5.0

sitting on cedar knees
my feet touching water
am trying to write yours
ripples keep on erasing
i close my eyes if i could
trace flight path you took
over those mountain ridges
weaving wheat field; stream

flapping wings echoes over
valley of promising shelter
gliding to peaceful flow
unknowing of what's below
interrupted by splashing
fish chasing teasing minnow
yes i remember you, sleep
enjoy waning hours of deep

We can always expect beautiful poetry from you. Thank you for being there for me when I recently lost both of my parents. You have been such a great supportive friend.
