This silence is like violence
Loud, aggressive, breaking
It eats at you
It pulls you apart

I've been there
I've heard the sound,
It was deafening

I've ran the race
I have lost the battle
It's your turn now

Don’t give up
Don’t let it take control
Scream blue murder if you will
Don’t give up on that trust

If you need me I am here
If you want me I'll be there
Speak your mind, it will help
Don’t carry the silence with you
