Silence And Strife Poem by Maria Williams

Silence And Strife

The mirror contracts,
Fragments withered away
But trapped forever
The reflection will stay

Restrained from growing
as a human alone
Rather eternally binded,
the lifeless clone

There's no escape
from it's backwards life
Just a mirror to gaze out of,
trapped in silence and strife
