Silence Of Graveyard Poem by ramesh rai

Silence Of Graveyard

Rating: 4.8

Souls are sleeping
under each stone of graveyard
sleeping for eternal rest
after conquering a span of time.

Chirping of birds breakes
the silence off and on
to let it know
the existence of
living world.

My silence goes
with the burial
asking for past life
which was full of
royal glory, was unable
to tolerate a particle
of dust on body
but now it is so stiff
can tolerate weight of
grave stone.

Silence of graveyard
is a cohesive rapture
for the soul, lying
under each gravestone
amalgamate love and peace
for foison of new life
for the living world.

Although the poem flows well lovely write by the poem who is talented but what I think soul is not there resting near graveyard its a kind of energy gone leaving the body although when a man died then soul is near by to the body due to long attachment..after all this is beautiful poem with dancing words that give a thoughtful impact 10
