Silent Cry Poem by Naseeru Taneemu Annuree

Silent Cry

My heart slowly crashed
Dangerously than a plane crash
I thought you felt for me
To my love for you
With all my heat and being
I followed you blindfolded by love
Love burning brightly
care so real
So gentle, and so cool
I thought you too love me
But unknown to me
Chasing you is like holding an eel
That escapes even the hardest hold
Alas! Is my dream shattered?
I meant is there any hope left for me?
For my dying heart
Heart lying lonely by neglects
Heart that saw no peace since you left it
Soul in need of you
Not now, but forever
Alas! 'tis my first silent cry
As I walked hopelessly without taking a step
Neither forward, nor backward
But remained motionless before you
My love
My ultra-violet sun
Once shining brightly across my heart
How can you left me?
A soul in constant darkness
I sent my heart to you
To remind you of how special you are
A treasure that I cannot afford to lost
And it called you
At the doorstep
Without saying a word
A sign only known best to the heart
A heart truly in love
Hoping you will hear my silent cry
And save my dying soul
But it is far
I meant your heart from mine
You just walked away
From a dying soul
Soul that need you desperately
Passionately and blindly
But you refused to stay
And silently I watched you go......
