Silent Killer Poem by Manonton Dalan

Silent Killer

i have jelly feet hearing
what was you, you saying
i am more nervous than you
yet you said it so confident
i am calming although worried
maybe i am so caring; that too

my pain sent back to my kinsfolk
who has went through all these
i have knot in my throat; pain
i haven't got over yet, sadness
i wish it's not happening again
we have suffered so much, i sulk

I am sorry I am unable to understand this verse. Something troubling but not enough detail.
