Silent Soul Poem by Godfrey Morris

Silent Soul

Rating: 4.6

I am a poet
silently hidden in life's closet
with half-measured expressions
seeking to be made whole
secret imagination longing
to be told
I am the wind
that echoes in your head
I am your reason
your silent unknown

Powerful. I believe all, if not most, poets possess silent souls. At least, in the way you've portrayed it. Well done and do keep writing.
