In your arms
I long to be
nobody else
just you and me

my head on your chest
your arms surrounding me
feel your heart beat
this is where I want to be

simply, I cant hold you
and beg you to stay
you do what you have to do
live life day by day

I have never been so lonely
never felt so scared
the great distance between us
something I've feared

I can't explain how I feel
because not even I know
It's something I can't describe with words
but something I must show

look in my soul
and see what you can see
my heart beats with sorrow
it cries out, love me

hold me all night
just one time
for only awhile
be only mine.
