Though a person may seem to have
    A thousand surrounding friends
A life fulfilled and blessed - The Heart
Is ever hungry, it yearns, it longs
It imagines it sadness and soaks in t
Filling itself and the Soul with
A sadness unexplainable, felt - But
Can not be expressed or explained
It is this desire otherwise called Love
Which is the author of all sad rhyme!
    As I percieve.

It is the sorrowful songs that are remembered the longest.
It is just the way of the world and we must accept it.
    Poignant piece.10, for you.

    Kind regards,

I have asked why too...guess it's because sorrow last's much longer, leaving a scarring whereas joy is a fleeting glimpse of what can be...majority relate more to sorrow... (Report) Reply

Very good composition, Yes I also can`t understand why all hearts are singing that ditty(Sorrow we can call) That was Happening for Era`s, And it was a good satisfactional remedi for the suffering heart, what else they can do, And the coming days also you can hear more and more songs, without an interval at last we are unable to realise the sound. very horrible. Thanks for sharing Dear Dr.Hitu. whenever i ask my students to recall one incident from their lives, they invariably draw upon a sorrowful one...so it's with us when on a trip of nostalgia...sorrow is much more powerful than joy which fleets in a wink...as mvsn said, the rhyme schme isn't in sync with the tone... Dr. Hitesh, Very good write,
Perhaps sorrow comes to enhance joy's intensity.
I agree with C.T. Heart, the sorrows also make one wiser.
