Single Mother Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Single Mother

I rush to catch train
With lots of worries and pain
The child is left behind
In someone's care with love

I am single mother
To offer
Complete package
And manage

I am confident
At present
To sail over
And reach shore

I shall provide
And divide
No love
For children to believe

I am teacher
And guidance seeker
That shall make them strong
From doing no wrong

I shall fulfill
At will
Complete role
And respond to call

I feel what you going through my mom raised seven kids all by herself. She was the first teacher at home. My father passed when I was sixteen years old leaving all the burden upon my mother. David Cook33 minutes ago My mom was a string, strong woman. She taught me everything I know. She taught me to be the man that I am today. Comment +1 56 minutes ago
