Sink Deep Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Sink Deep

It is natural
Not to reject on arrival
The memory of old love and friends
As it sweets the time at the end

No one seeks
And feels weak
It is bound to speak in question
Either in isolation on in relation

I used to write letters
On love matter
But each time was unable post
As it troubled me most

I carry that impression even today
Why did I lose that golden way?
It was finest spell of belonging
I was surely and happily singing

She used to be my dream queen
Such feeling was never seen
It brought me cheers when felt sad
She was in dream and well read

It has no relevance
To continue with its presence
But certainly it gives secret smile
When you sink deep for a while
