Skinny Poem by Tea Kawana

Skinny

As I stand
with my left leg
crossed over my right thigh
and sponge my left thigh
at the corner of my eye
I see a crescent made
between my pelvis
And hip.

As I bend
To lotion my foot,
At the corner of
My eye
In the mirror
I see more than half of my
Backbone protrudes.

My collar bone;
Defined.

I cry
