Skinny Women Poem by Fred Babbin

Skinny Women

Rating: 3.6

I do not like these skinny women
With their cell phones in their ear,
And their skinny fake blond hair
and their skinny legs on high heels
that push them high up in the air
so they will look like they have power

And just between us,
Have we forgotten
Venus?
Now there’s a woman
with a shape
That would make me
stand up straight
and out.

i dont think that you should judge by appearances, there is a lot behind make up and dresses, some of your readers could be 'skinny women' as you write about.
