Sleep Tie Poem by Kelvin Owusu

Sleep Tie

Rating: 5.0

What’s a lie without a truth imbedded within?
Sleep being the cousin of death meaning
Each morning light is the rise of a new life

Without the silence of breath
Employment- wise, sleep
Is a part time position in death

A blessing maybe, in most, one’s dream emulates
One getting ready for the awaiting journey

if we think this way then every day is a new beginning.no matter what were we like or how we treated yesterday, what is important is that we can be different by new starting day. fabulous Kelvin 10+++++ ~nb
