Smiling Rose Poem by Ayyappa Raja Sattanathan

Smiling Rose

Rating: 5.0

It is a rainy evening
Clouds cover the nude sky
It rushes to embrace the earth
The quarrel is begun
The earth tastes the success.
There is a rose;
Loaded with drops-beauty.
There is she;
Pregnant with pleasure
Approaching towards him;
Atomic explosion
Each step of her foot
Teaches a new lesson to his heart!
Each curve of her shape
Torches a thousand thoughts in his mind!
A flash whips the darkness in the sky
A move of her lips brings the everlasting smile
All his miseries go far a mile!
All his miseries go far a mile!
