Snails Vs. Worms Poem by TerriJo James

Snails Vs. Worms

We hunted worms in the black of night
After a rain;
Sort of what the Spanish do.
They look for snails in the morning after a rain
Or late at night,
As long as it had been raining...
Of course, we didn't eat the worms
