Snowing Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Snowing

Raining

Raining so hard, so hard.
Why won't the pain stop?
It rains in my heart.
It rains on my window pane.

I usually love the rain,
With it's freshness on the grass.
But right now,
My heart feels like shattered glass.

We made this world a better place,
When our friendship was sunny.
Our egos though destroyed it.
We paid the price for it.
