So Be It Poem by Arunesh Goswami

So Be It

When you'll come nigh to me
And touch my pain grief en heart
When you curiously come nearer to see
Thy grief in my longing aged eyes;
Reclining beside a door I'll be waiting for you in pain
And when you come near to touch my withered skin
When you whisper softly my name
And ignite thy lost glory within.
I'd be gazing the breeze that blows for ages
The rain that pours, the sun shines again in the day
The storm of life weaken by the fate
So weak not even to move a leaf away;
With furious strength shines the evening star
The moon with refreshened glory traces its way
And I'd be wondering why thy flame inside me
Fades so early in the day!
When you'll come and smile to me
You look into my heart broken and lame
The truth, the lie will fall apart and I
From the verge of death wilt mingle in your glory again.
