Yes, we witnessed
The plight of people and faced
Natural fury
With absence of jury

An almighty might have felt it otherwise
People had no choice
But to undergo great disaster
That was felt after

Thousands lost lives
Yet we could not believe
That nature can turn hostile
And cause losses meanwhile

We have done enough of damage
Right from cutting forests and change
Ecological balance
As if we had free chance

The earth’s belt has become hollow
That allows
Free movement of plates and collide
That leaves behind destiny to be decided

Let us take some wise decision
So as not to worsen
The ecological pattern
That has caused so much pain and concern
