Sugar Bear
So Real
Lately I’ve been feeling
Maybe it’s gift from God
To sense the incensing
When others cannot
Lately I’ve been thinking
It’s a talent in me
To see the unseen
And still be capable of being
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Maybe I’m crazy, and see what others don’t see
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Stuck in a dream, that seems so real to me
I used to think it was a curse
That he's showing me things
Just to see me hurt-
Rob my sleep, and scare my nerves
Things I didn’t deserve
But that’s God, what was I thinking to blame him first?
Satan knows I have this gift
He likes hearing me scream
So he makes it so realistic
But I have to remember that it’s just a dream
Or people will think I’m crazy
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Maybe I’m crazy, and see what others don’t see
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Stuck in a dream, that seems so real to me
I used to pray every night
“God cleanse me.”
Because I was so terrified
My sensing was becoming more obscene
And Satan was trying harder to get to me
It Left my family in disbelief
They all thought I was crazy
You know how hard it is when they think those things?
If you could get a taste just maybe, you’d see what I’d see
And maybe you’ll then believe
But I don’t want others
To go through what I’m going through
This is a gift from the creator
That has its disadvantage’s too
I used to want to see
But now I want to close my eyes
But every time they open, they’re back in sight
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Maybe I’m crazy, and see what others don’t see
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Stuck in a dream, that seems so real to me
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Maybe I’m crazy, and see what others don’t see
Maybe it’s all just make believe
Stuck in a dream, that seems so real to me
It all seems so real
(It’s all real)
It all seems so real
(It’s all real)
It all seems so real
(It’s all real)
It all seems so real
Its all-
Real.
