Sober



Leaves of winter
Icy and snowy
Too cold
My feet numb on roads

Dark skies at 6
Sun collides nowhere
Smell of earth like smokes
Of coffee from other’s chimneys

Oh Christmas!
Leave me thinking
Of many memories
Passed the ages from there
