Sold for song

I shall bow my head
And try to read
Where I went wrong
And was sold for song

Why was I confused?
Had someone refused?
The things asked for
Or was cheated and turned soar

I have unique way to address
And face
The next occurrences
With stubborn resistance

I shall not easily give up
And put poison in cup
With stiff challenge
And showing simple cage

I am on feet again
With no more pain
But with confidence and trust
I am in position now to blast
