sit on a chair
beside a bush
put my feet
on another
chair and then
i lay my head
on a pillow
facing the
moon and
the stars

i close my eyes
and feel
the lightness
of the world
around me

tonight
is the solemnity
of solitude

i am but
a witness
of its
events
