Solitude

The moment of solitude
when others left you
start to think about themselves
they don't seem to care

the moment of solitude
where the only you have
is God
to whom you can count on

the moment of solitude
while everyone is breaking your heart
letting you down
knocking you out from this life

the moment of solitude
you cry alone
the moment of solitude,
is when you know your heart most.

poet Robert Browning

After
by Robert Browning

Take the cloak from his face, and at first
Let the corpse do its worst!

How he lies in his rights of a man!
Death has done all death can.
