Take me in your arms
Please hold me once again
Help me to remember
What we shared back then

Back when we were together
Back in the good old days
Back not that long ago
When we lived in simple ways

Love was true and heart felt
It lasted more then a day
Things seems so different now
Even love has changed in many ways

Promises don’t mean much today
Commitments on the decline
They love someone for today
Soon it’s someone else they’ll find
