Something In You Poem by Neela Nath Das

Something In You

Rating: 4.5

There must be something in you,
That twists the land, twirls the sea;
Before you the world may be !

There must be something in you,
Which can change worn-out old things
Sprouting new leaves in dead trees!

There must be something in you,
From where seed of freedom springs;
Banning winter autumn brings!

There must be something in you,
Which has been gained by a few,
To spell all with anew hue!

There must be something in you,
To make you more than a dame,
Adds feather to cap of fame.
