Sometimes Poem by Nitin Yadav

Sometimes

Sometimes, the most I need,
is just thy thanks.
Even though, so simple it is,
yet people, never understands..

Sometimes, the most I need,
is just to be, remembered by.
And aghast, to my remorse,
from thy memoir, I am fading by.

Sometimes, the most I need,
is thy shoulders to rest.
When shattered and lost,
‘coz I know for me, thee the best..

Sometimes, the most I need,
is just an answer, from you.
For the deeds thee did, or misdeeds though,
to bail me out, the situation I am through..

Sometimes, the most I need,
is just to be, forgiven by,
For those, the dumbest acts, I did,
or the chances that I let, just pass by..

Sometimes, the most I need,
is just talk to you.
Ripped apart, by a thousand miles,
yet I need to say, a word or few..

Sometimes, the most I need,
to see thee, to kiss thy hands.
Those beautiful nails, polished n green,
resembling the oasis, in deserted sands..
