Somewhere in my dreams last night
I saw you standing there
then, you look at me with a smile.

the rain poured down
as if desperately needed
to rid itself of all the moisture.
as if the clouds felt they had
to wring all the waters,
that night, that very night.

Breaking through darkness,
I see no light, I'm in the dark
mysterious night
A cold chill runs down my spine
My souls burns red with pain.

From the life that was,
overwhelming you,
he took away the air you breath
a gave you what is best,
a place to be at peace,
a final place to rest.

You look peacefully lying there,
with your hands upon your chest
you look like you're just sleeping
but you are at eternal rest now...
