Somewhere Nowhere. Poem by Jessica Lindsey

Somewhere Nowhere.

He is who i search for
In the quiet of my longing
Where no one knows my yearning thoughts,
My most sacred belongings.
You sit beside me, hold my hand,
I run my fingers through your hair
But truly I am gone away
And You. You are not there.
There's coffee in the morning
And I drag you from the sack
Where we both lie on different sides.
I've memorized your back.
But he who joins me in my dreams
His eyes, scintillant blue
Well, we never sleep anyway
But I won't tell you what we do.
