Son To A Father Poem by Yash Mukatiwala

Son To A Father

Rating: 4.0

come home and don't be embarrass to hug me,
come home and don't be afraid to tell me that u love me;
don't forget that i am your son cause i was your wish,
and to the mother was your first kiss

it does not matter how much you scold me or u bug me,
i enjoy at least at the end that u do trust me;
u say i am grown but sometimes it feels i cant handle my own.
u were my lord and u were always my dream shot,
i looked upon u so that i can be like u,
i looked upon u so that i can feel myself within u;

years have passed and we haven't talked,
ways have passed but you haven't stalked,
i appreciate my privacy;
but now its like a life without an intimacy.
come home and brag to me,
come home and don't make me feel strange.
u ill always be loved by me,
cause to me u r the only thing to me.

every night where ever i am;
make me sleep through the freezing nights,
wake me up through that frosting lights;
cuddle me the way i was never cuddled,
because today i miss u dady;
and that's why i never bought a teddy.

i knew u were their and i knew u were totally fair,
i don't object your verdict neither i ill object how much u r strict.
just come home and say sunshine u i'll be fine,
cause now i am here and your world is all mine,
better they stay away from u;
cause i am now with u and don't be afraid its always the world against me and u.
