Blissful time in life would never last long.

The moon and stars seem smiling upon us,
Such delightful things nobody else can guess.

Walk with me on still unbeaten tranquil trail,
Snow-white mist will rise mysteriously to hail.

Somnolent sky too seem to be a drunken gloat,
Intoxication of your love makes me too afloat.

Such moments are perfect to enliven the soul,
Love becomes boon to bring out creativity all.

Smitten by your charm I wrote verse many,
Depicting my profound love as a poet canny.

Give your sweet voice to my lyrics of love,
The rendition will please even the Gods above.

Time will pass but verse will become timeless.
The touch of your passionate lips cares to bless.

Happy I am to see my verse becoming immortal,
