Song: She's On Her Own! Poem by Dave SmithWhite

Song: She's On Her Own!

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
Her world is at an end.
How long can she pretend..?

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
Sticks and stones
May break her bones,
But her rep is how she's known;
Disguised in undertones
Meant to hurt her.
A libel so devised
Her friends desert her.

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
A thousand little cuts,
To stop the pain is nuts...

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
She's hearing voices in a cone
Of echo chamber choices,
By android apps and clone.
She's on her own.
She's so alone.
Her future is a void,
With all she has destroyed,
And they call her paranoid:
She must atone!

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
No-one to fuel her schemes;
Revenge on the school of dreams
And testosterone.
The kill team and the meme,
Of dread and drone.

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
There ain't no 'ifs and buts',
When to her all access shuts,
She's overthrown.
How can she face her life
Without a phone?

She's on her own.
She's so alone.
