Sonnet 2 Poem by Joshua Francis Belicano

Sonnet 2

Rating: 5.0

All I did was stare at the walls in the bedroom.
Oh! It is a feeling like the bride left her groom
On their wedding day ‘cause of an unknown reason.
She said: "I'm tired of us, " and "WHY? " is my question.
Confused, and lost on the twenty first of December,
The joy we had when we first met last October
Were all I could recall, and the joy turns to pain.
Sadness filled me; she's something I couldn't restrain.
But my love for her still grows, and will never fade;
My love's pure - - can't be taken by a damn dark shade.
Hope says we're gonna love each other again,
And Destiny is the only one who knows when.
Doubt is a foe; makes relationships turn away
Yet, it's Love for each other which would make us stay.

Doubt is a foe, makes relationship turn away Yet, it's love for each other which would make us stay. Wisdom gained through a lot of experience and after lot of sufferings. Thanks for sharing.10 points.
