Soul's Window
Peer into the window of my soul,
Memories torn and never whole,
The fallen and forgotten cease to be,
Painted pictures inside of me,
Pain so real and from the heart,
Emotion becomes my dying art,
Troubled waters with no reprieve,
I give my entire being to believe,
That one simple action will free,
All those I remember with glee,
Lock the entrance to my mind,
Seal these windows forever in time.
