Speed Poem by Christopher Tye

Speed

Speed

Streamlined Mallard still holding it's world speed record after eighty years,
People pushing boundaries beyond there limits,
Enormous jumps in speed with the jet-age,
Ever faster is the only way to go,
Dry lake beds used for land speed records.
