Spill My Heart On Paper For You Poem by Tatianna Rei Moonshadow

Spill My Heart On Paper For You

I spend my nights little more than comatose
With a pen and book writing whatever I think
Hours are spent recording my soul
Before drowning it in another ice less drink
I raise my glass to announce a toast to myself
Cheers to the love that you just couldn't give
While we're at it I'll toast the life without you
That I'm being forced to live
I'm writing you yet another lengthly letter
About all the things I either can't or won't say
Like the fact that your voice tempts my ears to bleed
And it stings my eyes to see you every single f**king day
It's pointless to write you all these poems
It's useless to Spill my Heart On Paper For You all over again
These are just more words on more paper
Letters and pain I'll never have the heart to send
