Lost outside my soul
feeling I had nowhere to turn
or anywhere left to go
I closed my heart on forgiveness
only to find darkness
just watching my days burn

Walking away from the light
that tried to guide me
I found myself alone
full of sadness
with no love in sight

Then you touched me from within
and set my Spirit free
showed me I wasnt on my own
that no matter what I went through
there would always be you
to make me live again
