Spring Cleaning Day - Poem by JoJo Bean

Spring Cleaning Day*

The strain of a deep winter's frost

Has taken it's toll and I've paid the cost

Layers of loam, dust and grime

Have collected and built up over time

Spring now arrives, newness begins

But my windowed soul is still in a spin

Try as I must to chisel away

The soot on my soul for it's spring cleaning day

Lil sis, everyone hates spring cleaning days, but this one is touching as it is presented here. Top marks and thanks for sharing it Lil sis.
