After you'd gone peace was faught for
And I'd thought I'd found it
Life had been so easy untill now
Drama has found me again

It follows me through shadows
Stalks me in the sunlight
This thinks for me
Banashing my new found calm

Shattering into tiny pieces
Life seems so pointless now
It happened again, you see
A man who captured my broken heart bled me dry

Walking like an angel
Looking like a prince
Charm is all he had to cover his hide
Anger like I'd never seen burst from him

He looked ugly & still does
I'd forgotten he was above women
Or so he thought
I don't need dust in my face

I don't want to be down there with the ants
So I'm running again
I miss you now
You were never this cruel, my ex-lover.
