It is time for her
to take a stand.
Let everyone know

She's tired of being hurt.
played and ignored.
Not knowing what's coming
and going she runs from
the horde.

the mental beatings, lies
and decite. Now she
knows her life will never be
complete.

She's turned her ways
from old to new. Now
it is her turn to not
feel so blue.

She's awake, alive, and
alert. Her heart is closed
to those from before. Moving
toward her light she now opens
a new door.
