Star-Crossed Lovers Poem by Stella Andrews

Star-Crossed Lovers

hand in hand
heart to heart
bodies touching
its time to start

stop and start
it's time to go
say goodbye
in a voice so low

frowns and glares
tutting of the tongue
such a scandle
she is so young

happiness so thick
smiles so wide
calmness right through
theres no world outside

swimming through the sky
through my soul
kiss of a angel
dont lose control

go to a pay phone to talk
no he cant stay here
he can never come back
just chittering in my ear

no one understands
no one likes it
your not allowed to
they dont care the least bit

we're two star-crossed lovers
but like Romeo and Juliet,
we'll fight till the end,
with not a single regret.

i love you ian :)
