Star Light Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Star Light

Rating: 4.2

It came in the blackness of midnight,
A beam in the darkness, glowing white,
And soared to space, above the crowd,
Where scintillating gleam is allowed!

His torch lit the way for many others,
Pursuing his footsteps through the years,
And altered extremely, so much of fate,
So that for destiny they weren't late.

Possessing magnetism and true charisma,
That he enabled so many is an enigma,
The halls of fame know many more faces,
And paths of blooms lead many more places!

In whose long shadow many more arose,
Because a winner's attitude they chose,
And the lessons learned from him dwell-
Still under his spell!

sounds like Jesus coming in on a cosmic surf, stopped here, did some cool teachin on this turf gave away free fish tacos on the beach laid down the way of peace, was good to hear him preach by the sun, moon or stars in the streets, churches or bars
