Starlight Poem by Phil Soar

Starlight

I lay there, looking up
Wondering how far away you might be
A trillion light years, maybe more?
Yet twinkling in the sky forever more

A cosmos full of stars like you
Burning bright, so all on earth might see
Time zones sharing love for you, like me
An extra terrestrial bright light harmony
