Starry Poem by Windsor Guadalupe Jr

Starry

The doors are closed,
The trains are asleep inside
The stations blanketed by the night,
The dogs are petrified inside their cages,
The streets are tainted ebony
With subtle hints of light.

A moment of convalescence,
Trapped inside the stars.
