What do you do when the girl of your life,
likes you to but has someone else in her sights?
She wants to make you happy, never wants to make you frown,
but she treats you different whenever he comes around.
She doesn't think she's pretty, she says that she's too fat.
You say that shes beautiful, the prettiest girl, and that's a fact.
She asks you why you care so much, why you make her smile.
You say it's cuz you love her, you've loved her all the while.
She doesn't go out with you
even though you think she wants to.
She tells you it's not you
she wants to know other people.
But that's ok, you'll always be there for her.
And she'll cry on YOUR shoulder, not his, when she's hurt.
